In this User Agreement, the following terms have the following meanings:
"Affiliates" means persons, companies, or organizations, who have commercial or business connections with Exceptional Pte. Ltd;
"Agreement" means this agreement between Exceptional Pte. Ltd. ("EXC") and you;
"Content" means all Content, information and material included on our Site, including, but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, news articles, photographs, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software
"Member" means any registered User of our Site;

"Products" means any goods, products, merchandise and/or any other commodities made available for purchase on our Site;
"Services" means any services provided by our Site
"User" means any person who accesses or logs on to our Site

When you use our ticketing Service, or any of our current or future Services (e.g., Organize an Outing, Make a new friend, Forum boards, Auctions) or visit or purchase any Products from any of our Affiliates, whether or not included in our Site, you agree to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such services or business.

By using our Site, purchasing any Products from us or our Affiliates and or use any of the Services offered through this Site, you agree that the access and the provision of such Products and/or Services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

3.1

By registering with us, you agree to ensure that your registration details, including the date of your birth, are true and accurate at all times. If there are any changes to such details, you must notify us immediately.

Any false or inaccurate information provided by you at the registration shall constitute a breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate termination of your account and/or temporary or permanent barring of future membership.

You represent and warrant to us and/or our Affiliates that you are of legal contractual age in your jurisdiction and in our Affiliates' jurisdiction to purchase any Products and/or use any Services offered by us and/or our Affiliates. This includes being of the age required by law to attend any performance with age restrictions.

You agree to use our information and Services for lawful purposes only.

You shall not use another Member's or User's identity or information with the intent to impersonate him/her to access any content, products or services.

We may change, suspend or discontinue all or any part of our Products and Services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database or Content. We may also impose limits on certain features and Services or restrict your access to all or any part of our Services without notice or liability.

You may download or copy the information and materials, and other items displayed on our Site for personal use only, provided you observe all intellectual property rights, including without limitation, copyrights of EXC, its affiliates and/or any other third party, and other notices contained in such Content. No part of our site including our logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout or form) or any parts thereof belonging to EXC or our Affiliates may be copied, downloaded, broadcast or transmitted in any manner or by any means or stored in an information retrieval system for commercial purposes without the written permission of EXC.

We will not be liable for any damages of any kind including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special and consequential damages or economic loss, arising from the access, the inability to access due to system, server or connection failure, error, interruption or omission, delay in transmission of information or computer virus, or any reliance on any information found on our Site even if EXC agents have been advised on the possibility of such damages.

Hyperlinks to other websites are not to be construed as endorsements or verification of such websites and they should only be accessed at the user's own risks.

Responsibility for the content of advertisements appearing on our Site (including hyperlinks to advertisers' own web sites) rests solely with the advertisers. The display of such advertisements does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement by us of the advertisers' products and each advertiser is solely responsible for any representation made in connection with its advertisement.

This exclusion clause shall take effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This ticket is sold by Exceptional Pte. Ltd. ("EXC") to the Ticket Holder as agent for and on behalf of the Venue Owner and/for Promoter responsible for the event for which it is sold. This ticket and entry into the venue are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Tickets sold are not refundable (except where required by law), not exchangable, and not transferable.
- Admission into the venue may only be made upon the production of a valid ticket at the entrance. Latecomers will not be admitted into the venue until a suitable break in the performance and at the discretion of the Venue Owner and/or Promoter.
- Entry may be refused if tickets have not been purchased via EXC or other authorised points of sale. Infants in arms or children without tickets will not be admitted unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.
- The Venue Owner and/or Promoter may without refund or compensation refuse admission to or expel any person whose conduct (or that of any person under his/her care ot supervision) is disorderly or disruptive, and/or where such persons breach any of the terms stated herein or cause discomfort or annoyance to other persons.
- The Venue Owner and/or Promoter may also without refund or compensation refuse admission to known trouble-makers or person of disruptive character, or who are in an intoxicated state, or who carry contagious diseases, or who are unsuitably attired.
- Silence and orderly conduct are to kept in the venue at all times. All electronic beeping devices are to be switched off or put into silent mode.
- As a condition of entry, the Ticket Holder agrees to submit to searches for prohibited items including (but not limited to) weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
- All persons may at all times sit only at the seats designated in the ticket. They may not stand or sit on the corridors, aisles, or steps in the venue except for the purpose of moving to or from the designated seats unless otherwise expressly permitted by the Venue Owner and/or Promoter.
- Food and beverages may not be brought into or consumed in the venue, except where expressively permitted by the Promoter and/or Venue Owner. Smoking is not permitted in the venue.
- Photography (including flash photography), audio, and/or video recording are not permitted during the event unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.
- The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, event timing, and seating arrangements without prior notice.
- The Promoter/Venue Owner may use the Ticket Holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display photograph or picture.
- The Promoter may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
- All complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the Promoter and/or Venue Owner.
- The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
- EXC, their agents and employees shall not liable for any death, personal injury, loss, damage to property however caused while in or in the vicinity of the venue, nor are they liable for any complaints, claims, refunds or exchange for any reason including without limitation any cancellation or postponement of performances. Any refunds shall be made by the Promoter only and at the Promoter's discretion. EXC fees and all handling fees are non-refundable
- Processed tickets are dispatched the following working day if you chose mail or registered mail as your preferred collection method.
